Stage 2

Introductory Call

We’ll take a closer look at your experience, qualifications, and background in relation to the role. You’ll connect with a member of our Talent Acquisition team for an initial conversation about your experience, the opportunity, and next steps in the process.

Stage 3

First Interview

This is an open, two-way conversation with the Clinic Director where you’ll have the chance to discuss your clinical experience, career goals, and interest in working at Myo. You’ll also learn more about the role, the clinic, the culture, and the team you could be joining.

Stage 4

In-person Practical Interview

This hands-on stage lets your clinical expertise speak for itself. We'll see your clinical reasoning, communication style, and patient approach in real time—while you meet the team and get a real feel for life at Myo.

Stage 5

Offer

You've made it to the offer stage. Our team will connect with you directly to walk through the details including compensation, start date, and what comes next. Once everything is confirmed, your formal offer will be sent over for your review and signature.

Stage 6

Hired

You’re officially joining the team! Once your offer is signed and all pre-employment steps are wrapped up, we’ll begin preparing for your first day. We’ll send everything you need ahead of time, including your schedule, setup details, and key next steps so you’re ready to hit the ground running.
